Jim focuses his practice on Landlord/Tenant issues, Creditors’ Rights, Civil Litigation and Appellate work.

Jim represents a number of financial institutions on a number of issues ranging from collections and foreclosures to general litigation. Jim’s appellate knowledge also makes him a skilled litigator. Jim represents businesses, financial institutions and individuals in a variety of litigation matters, and takes a practical, no-nonsense approach to solving problems which are being litigated.

Jim and his wife live in Norton Shores with their two children. In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time with family, hunting and the outdoors.
